About materials and fabrics
【About the Material】
■ All of our brand's products use Japanese-made, "100% polyester" yarn.
■ They are characterized by excellent elasticity and a crisp texture.
■Machine washable (hand-wash mode & use a mesh laundry bag)
■Do not tumble dry; lay flat to dry (to prevent loss of shape)
【About the Fabric】
Even when using the same yarn, the characteristics of the fabric change depending on the knitting method,
allowing for differences in fabric texture and a variety of feels.
We will introduce the characteristics of each knitting method used by our brand one by one.
① 1x1 Rib Knit

■ Rib knit is characterized by excellent lateral elasticity
■ Fits the body
■ The 1x1 structure is soft and blends well with the skin
■ Has a thinner fabric feel compared to other Haut Tricot products

② 2x2 Rib Knit

■ Rib knit is characterized by excellent lateral elasticity
■ 2x2 has higher elasticity compared to 1x1
■ Therefore, it feels more form-fitting
■ Thicker than 1x1
■ Thick enough that it is not see-through even without an underlayer, and not bulky when wearing a cardigan or jacket over it

■ Therefore, the fit to the body is less tight than rib knit
④ 2x2 Garter Knit

■ Garter knit has less lateral elasticity compared to rib knit
■ Therefore, the fit to the body is less tight than rib knit
■ More prone to crispness and a 3D effect
■ 2x2 garter is thicker than 1x1 garter knit
⑤ 3D Pleat Knit

■ Characterized by using three colors of yarn
■ Structured so that one color pops to the front while the other two recede into the back
■ The color appears to change as you move
