We ship to Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the United States. Select your delivery country or region before placing your order.

Made to order and dispatch

Each Haut tricot garment is made in Japan after you place your order. We normally dispatch approximately 30 days after the order date. This is a dispatch estimate; transit and customs clearance take additional time.

Review the size and length guides, then choose from the colours, sizes and garment lengths available for the product. Size and garment length are separate selections where offered. Before payment, check the price, your selections and the delivery destination.

Changes, cancellations, returns and product concerns

For items that match your order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges solely because you change your mind. Faulty or damaged items, incorrect deliveries, and items that do not match the description or your order are handled separately. Your rights under applicable law take priority.

If an item is faulty, incorrect or does not match its description or your order, please explain the issue and attach photos if available.
