■How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you place your order, it will be made to order and delivered within 30 days.
■Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been placed?
As we operate our brand with the motto of "Make only what you need," we do not accept cancellations except for defective products. (Some products are eligible for returns or exchanges.)
■What should I do if the product is defective?
If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will deal with the issue as soon as possible.
■Is there a shipping charge?
All items ship free (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands).
■Do I get points?
We do not offer points in stores or online.
