Each garment is made in Japan after you place your order. We normally dispatch approximately 30 days after the order date. Transit and customs clearance take additional time. International destinations are Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the United States.

Returns and product issues

As garments are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items, incorrect deliveries and items that do not match your order or the description are handled separately. Email us with your order number and, if possible, photos as soon as you notice an issue. We will explain the available options and any return instructions. For faulty or incorrect deliveries, we bear the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund. Your rights under applicable law take priority.
